Goal: To Lose 25 pounds in 30 days. No fad diets. No gimmicks. No surgery. Just solid nutrition and lots of exercise.
As the days wind down, I feel as if I have less and less to write about. I am not less motivated, however, I am more consistent. More consistency equals less drama. Less drama equals less to write about. So, I am sticking to my plan, keeping the status quo, and kicking ass at this 30-day weight loss challenge.
I skipped an update yesterday to give you a more comprehensive update today. This will be a two-day recap, and then tomorrow will be the final day of the challenge, DAY 30.

Next Weigh-In: DAY 30
Since there is no weigh-in today, I am relying on the before and after weight loss pic to show the progress. I am pleased. Also, my pants are fitting extremely loose, and my belt is down another full notch. I am excited about my weigh-in tomorrow and I know that I am so close to reaching my goal.

Day 28-29 Nutrition
I pretty much eat the same thing every day now. I have gotten used to the routine, and I have been enjoying my meals this way. I eat my first meal around 1pm, which is usually a salad. Then I have a snack toward the early evening, which is either Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder or chicken and broccoli. Finally, I end the day with eggs and veggies. Lots of protein and veggies are the keys to success.
Day 28-29 Exercise
Where: Outdoor Run
Duration: 40 Minutes / 3.2 Miles
Where: Home Workout
Duration: Strength Training Various Exercises.
I am honestly tired today. I am ready to weigh-in tomorrow and be done with this challenge. It has taken a lot out of my, bith physically and mentally. Wish me luck tomorrow!
